THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES HAS AMENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GOVERNOR THE FOLLOWING HOUSE BILLS:
H.B. 649An Act to amend and reenact §§ 16.1-253.1, 16.1-253.4, as it is currently effective and as it may become effective, 16.1-279.1, 37.1-67.3 and 37.1-129 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 18.2-308.1:2, 18.2-308.1:3 and 18.2-308.1:4, relating to firearms; reporting of incompetence, and incapacity, and entry of protective orders; penalty.
