H.B. 264 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Title 59.1 a chapter numbered 6.1, consisting of sections numbered 59.1-92.1 through 59.1-92.21, and to repeal Chapter 6 ( 59.1-77 through 59.1-92) of Title 59.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to trademarks; penalties.
