Wildlife permits. Authorizes the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries to establish the duration and expiration dates for permits that allow the stuffing or mounting of wildlife, the netting of fish, or the holding of wildlife. The bill gives the Board the flexibility to charge a yearly permit fee as well as to institute a multiyear permit extension at no additional cost for these types of activities. Currently, the Board may only issue such permits for a single fiscal year at a prescribed fee.
