Summary:
Study; persons with disabilities. Continues the Joint Subcommittee Studying Early Intervention Services for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities for two years so that it can monitor the implementation of recommendations that it has made regarding the Part H federal grant program. The subcommittee will be focusing on Medicaid coverage for service coordination and case management; personnel shortages, particularly of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists; and private insurance limitations.
