Summary:
Use of hunting weapons. Repeals the Act of Assembly that (i) prohibited the hunting of deer in Prince George County with a pistol or shotgun and (ii) authorized the use of a rifle to shoot deer. The repeal of this special act will allow Prince George County to regulate the use of firearms through the enactment of local ordinances.
