Summary:
Chemically sensitive persons; registry created; notice of use of pesticides. Creates a registry, maintained by the Pesticide Control Board, of all persons who have requested in writing that they desire 48 hours' notification of an application of a pesticide within a one-half mile radius of their residential property. The bill requires commercial applicators of pesticides to notify such persons in writing or by direct telephone contact, and provides for damages of $100 for violations.
