Summary:
Professions and occupations; Real Estate Transaction Recovery Fund. Authorizes the Director to recommend to the Real Estate Board to transfer a fixed amount of interest earnings on the Recovery Fund to the Fund to keep its balance at $400,000, the minimum balance required by statute. The bill requires the Board to consider the Director's recommendation within 30 days. The bill also authorizes the Board to assess regulants in conjunction with license renewal.
