Crimes; burglary with intent to commit arson. Makes it a crime to break into a church or church property with the intent to commit arson. The punishment for this crime would be imprisonment from 5 to 20 years and a maximum fine of $100,000 or by imprisonment from 20 years to life and a maximum fine of $100,000 if the burglar was armed with a deadly weapon when he broke in.
