Janney, the sum of $1,351.13 for the relief of P.P.L. Therapeutics, Inc., the sum of $214.00 for the relief of Mike Kinzie, the sum of $1,606.00 for the relief of Junior Ray Harris, the sum of $238.50 for the relief of Thomas Raymond Buchanan, and the sum of $128.33 for the relief of Charles C. Clark, Jr.) represent the difference between the appraised value of the herds and the moneys received by the claimants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and from the sale of the carcasses.
