Virginia Information Providers Network Act. Creates the Virginia Information Providers Network Authority to enter into license agreements for access on line or in volume to agency information on such terms and conditions as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Commonwealth. The bill creates an 11-member board of directors to operate the Authority and sets their terms, powers and duties. The bill prohibits the disclosure of personal information which reveals or reasonably can be expected to reveal the identity of an individual.
