Summary:
Claims; Honaker, Edward William. Provides $500,000 in relief to Edward William Honaker who was wrongfully incarcerated for 10 years for crimes which he did not commit. Mr. Honaker petitioned the Governor for executive clemency and was granted an absolute pardon in 1994 for all offenses for which he was convicted. Of the amount awarded, $350,000 is payable over ten years through an annuity.
