STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS COMMUNICATION:  Transmitting names of elected
  officials.

ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS-ELECT - Quorum Present.

Lt. Governor gave oath to members-elect.

Bills and Resolutions prefiled, ordered printed and referred under
   30-19.3 of the Code of Virginia.

On motion of Senator Saslaw, the Senate recessed at 12:20 p.m. to reconvene
  at 12:55 p.m.

The Senate reconvened at 12:55 p.m.

On motion of Senator Saslaw, the Senate recessed at 12:55 p.m. to reconvene
  at 2:05 p.m.

The Senate reconvened at 2:05 p.m.

S.R. 1A, Taken up for immediate consideration, Gartlan floor amendment
  agreed to, Stolle floor amendments offered, Gartlan floor amendments
  offered.

MESSAGE FROM HOUSE: House is duly organized and ready to proceed.
