Summary:
Virginia Government Competition Act. Creates the 10-member Commonwealth Competition Council to advise the Governor, General Assembly, and state agencies and to examine and promote the privatization of government-provided or government-produced programs and services. Moneys certified by the Council as savings or revenues resulting from privatizing government activities or savings resulting from increased competition will be transferred into a new Taxpayer Dividend Fund, to be used as provided in the appropriation act.
