Summary:
Interstate 66 Economic Development Program Fund and Haymarket Transportation Fund. Repeals the legislation enacted in the 1994 Session authorizing the issuance of $131.5 million of bonds for road improvements related to the Disney's America project. The Interstate 66 Economic Development Program Fund will be funded from any moneys appropriated by the General Assembly or other sources.
