Summary:
Criminal appeals by Commonwealth. Gives the Commonwealth the broader scope of the right to appeal a decision of the Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court in the limited class of criminal cases in which the Commonwealth currently has a right to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
