Summary:
Forfeitures. Allows the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, in illegal alcohol forfeiture cases, to give usable forfeited foodstuffs to the local jail where the seizure occurred when the Board believes the foodstuffs cannot be sold or sale is impractical.
