Summary:
Virginia Public Procurement Act; design-build exemption. Permits (i) Loudoun County, (ii) Martinsville, and (iii) Prince William to enter into fixed price or not-to-exceed price design-build or construction management contracts for the construction of two public schools, (ii) renovation and improvement of a public school, and (iii) the construction of a biotechnology laboratory, office and warehouse facility, respectively in accordance with procedures consistent with the Public Procurement Act for the purposes identified above.
