Summary:
Publication and distribution of certain annual reports prohibited. Places a two-year moratorium on the general publication and distribution of annual reports of any agency receiving any funds from the state budget. However, the bill does not prohibit any such agency from making available, upon request, balance sheets, figures and such other information as may be requested of such agency, or from notifying the public that such information is available.
