Summary:
Unemployment compensation; obligations of last sixty-day employer. Amends the unemployment compensation laws to provide that the last sixty-day employer is charged for the payment of unemployment compensation benefits. Under current law, the employer who has employed an individual for thirty days or more is charged for the payment of these benefits.
