Summary:
Bill limitation. Prohibits a member from introducing more than 12 bills or resolutions during any regular session of the General Assembly. Exceptions to this limitation include legislation that (i) mourns the death of former members of the General Assembly and prominent public officials; (ii) commends public officials for their action related to the governing of the Commonwealth; (iii) relates to the administration of government and is introduced at the request of the Governor; or (iv) affects the procedures or schedule of the General Assembly.
