Failure to support. Provides that, upon conviction for failure to pay child support for 26 weeks in any 104-consecutive-week period, a person is guilty of a Class 6 felony. If the failure to pay support also violated an outstanding court or administrative order, the court is to assess court costs and attorney's fees.
