Summary:
Medicaid fraud. Changes the penalty for false statements made in conjunction with a Medicaid application for, or determination of right to, payments from petit or grand larceny to an unclassified felony with an authorized penalty of 1 to 20 years' imprisonment or 12 months in jail, and a fine not to exceed $25,000.
