Civil actions; consolidation, etc.. Codifies authority of the court to coordinate pretrial proceedings, consolidate matters with common questions of law or fact for trial, and separate or bifurcate trial proceedings to further convenience or avoid prejudice. The court order of coordination, consolidation or bifurcation is an interlocutory order, not subject to appeal until a final order has been issued.
