Summary:
Criminal background history exchange. Allows cities between 260,000 and 264,000 in population (Norfolk) to request and receive criminal background history on candidates for jobs in the public safety sector (paramedics and E.M.T.'s). Applicants may be required to pay the cost of the records' check.
