Freedom of Information Act. Limits to the immediate Office of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, mayor of a city, etc., the exception from FOIA for Governor's working papers and requires public bodies withholding documents from disclosure to specify which documents are being withheld and under which exception they fall.
