Department of Forestry. Authorizes the Department of Forestry to evaluate and test the feasibility of replacing petroleum-based lubricants and hydraulic fluids with vegetable oil. The bill also allows the agency to promote the use of vegetable oil-based lubricants and hydraulic fluids.
