Summary:
Used motor oil and motor vehicle antifreeze recycling. Continues the used motor oil and used motor vehicle antifreeze collection project at the Department of Transportation maintenance area office in Bath County. VDOT and the Department of Environmental Quality are to continue their study of making available to the public used oil and used motor antifreeze collection facilities at VDOT offices in localities where no commercial collection facilities exist.
