Admissibility of telephone records. Establishes procedures for the introduction of telephone company records in criminal proceedings where such records are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The Certificate must recite that (i) the records are telephone company business records, (ii) the records are made and maintained in the regular course of business, (iii) the records constitute the complete records as described in the subpoena or order served on the telephone company, (iv) certification has been made by an authorized person and (v) the records are accurate copies of the company's records. If either the Commonwealth or the defendant wishes to introduce such records, the moving party must notify the other party at least seven days prior to trial of the intention to do so and make such records available for inspection by the other party.
