Summary:
Victim Impact Statement. Requires the preparation of a Victim Impact Statement, to be included in the presentence report, in cases involving any felony, family member assault and battery, stalking, sexual battery, attempted sexual battery or DUI if the victim consents. This provision is identical to a Victim Impact Statement provision included in the crime victims bill of rights (HB 2257).
