Summary:
Involuntary manslaughter resulting from DUI. Provides for a three-year mandatory license suspension for an offender. Thereafter, the license is to be reinstated only if written certification of a positive evaluation by ASAP is provided to DMV. Currently, licenses may be suspended for up to five years for a violation.
