H.B. 2456An Act to amend and reenact §§ 8.01-418.2, 15.1-7.2, 15.1-687.16, 30-34.2:1, and 63.1-26 of the Code of Virginia; to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Title 2.1 a chapter numbered 10.01, consisting of sections numbered 2.1-116.01 through 2.1-116.013; and to repeal §§ 2.1-114.5:1 through 2.1-114.5:6 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Department of Employee Relations Counselors; grievance procedure.
