An Act to amend and reenact 2.1-1.6, 9-6.23 as it is currently effective and as it will become effective July 1, 1995, 9-6.25:1, and 53.1-10 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding sections numbered 2.1-451.1, 2.1-451.2, 2.1-451.3, and 2.1-451.4, relating to creation of the Virginia Correctional Enterprises Advisory Board.
