S.B. 283A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 3.1-22.5 and 9-6.14:4.1 of the Code of Virginia, and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Title 3.1 a chapter numbered 10.1 containing sections numbered 3.1-106.1 through 3.1-106.23, and to repeal Chapter 10 (§§ 3.1-74 through 3.1-106) of Title 3.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia Fertilizer Act; penalty.
