  former Chaplain of the Washington Redskins football team

The Honorable James Stuart Gilmore III, Attorney General-elect, took
  and subscribed the oath of office

The Honorable Donald Sternoff Beyer, Jr., Lieutenant Governor-elect,
  took and subscribed the oath of office

The Honorable George Felix Allen, Governor-elect, took and subscribed
   the oath of office

Governor Allen delivered Inaugural Address and reviewed Inaugural
  Parade

Motion by Senator Stolle to print Governor's address agreed to

Benediction offered by Mr. Tom Skinner of Tracy's Landing, Maryland,
  former Chaplain of the Washington Redskins football team

Motion by Senator Chichester to adjourn Joint Assembly agreed to
