THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES HAS PASSED THE FOLLOWING HOUSE BILLS:
H.B. 6019 A BILL to require the Virginia Department of Transportation to issue certain requests for proposals concerning, or itself directly impose and collect tolls for use of, certain highway facilities within the Hampton Roads highway construction district.
H.B. 6027 A BILL to amend and reenact § 33.1-12 of the Code of Virginia, relating to fixed-price contracts for provision of materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with highway construction projects.
H.B. 6028 A BILL to provide for the extension of the proposed light rail system in the City of Norfolk to the beachfront in the City of Virginia Beach.

H.B. 6044 A BILL to amend and reenact § 56-560 of the Code of Virginia, as it shall become effective, relating to consideration of proposals under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995 by the Department of Transportation, the Commonwealth Transportation Board, and the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner.
H.B. 6047 A BILL to amend and reenact § 33.1-12 of the Code of Virginia, relating to Commonwealth Transportation Board contracts for highway bridge maintenance and reconstruction projects.
