THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES HAS INSISTED ON ITS SUBSTITUTE AND HAS REQUESTED A COMMITTEE OF CONFERENCE ON THE FOLLOWING SENATE BILL:
S.B. 668 A BILL to amend and reenact § 58.1-609.3 of the Code of Virginia, relating to retail sales and use tax; exemption for certain computer equipment.
THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES HAS REJECTED THE AMENDMENTS PROPOSED BY THE SENATE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE BILL:
H.B. 30 A BILL for all appropriations of the Budget submitted by the Governor of Virginia in accordance with the provisions of § 2.2-1509, Code of Virginia, and to provide a portion of revenues for the two years ending respectively on the thirtieth day of June, 2009, and the thirtieth day of June, 2010.
