Summary as introduced:
Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission.  Provides that a member performing "extraordinary duties" may receive compensation for those duties. This provision expires January 1, 2006 and contains an emergency clause.  This bill is the same as SB 1261 (Rerras).
