Districts are to assist the Department of Conservation and Recreation in (i) providing technical assistance to promote conservation management practices, (ii) delivering educational initiatives on water quality issues, and (iii) promoting incentives to encourage voluntary actions to minimize nonpoint source pollution. The districts will also be responsible for locally administering the Department's Agricultural Best Management Practices Cost-Share Assistance Program.
