THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES HAS AMENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GOVERNOR THE FOLLOWING HOUSE BILLS:

H.B. 637 An Act to amend and reenact 22.1-319 through 22.1-323, 22.1-324, 22.1-325, 22.1-326, 22.1-328 through 22.1-332, 23-276.1 through 23-276.6, 23-276.10, 23-276.11, and 54.1-3029 of the Code of Virginia, to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 21.1 of Title 23 sections numbered 23-276.13, 23-276.14, and 23-276.15, and to repeal 22.1-326.1, 22.1-333, 22.1-334, and 22.1-335 of the Code of Virginia, relating to regulation of certain private, for-profit career-training schools by the State Council of Higher Education.
