Competency to stand trial. Amends two of the statutes in the provisions regarding the defendant's competency to stand trial to provide that those statutes apply whether the defendant is a juvenile who is being tried as an adult or is an adult. The statutes amended govern raising the question of incompetency to stand trial and evaluation, and disposition and treatment when the defendant is found incompetent.
