Changes the penalty from a Class 1 misdemeanor to a Class 6 felony for an individual who, with the intent to defraud the Commonwealth, makes a false statement on an income tax return and for an officer of a corporation who makes a fraudulent return or statement with intent to evade the payment of taxes.
