A BILL to amend and reenact § 2.2-2813 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
compensation and expenses of members who serve on collegial bodies.
A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Title 30 a chapter numbered
31, consisting of sections numbered 30-201 through 30-208, relating to the
Commission on Unemployment Compensation; study; report.
A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 3.2 of Title 30 a
section numbered 30-34.15, relating to the submission of reports and executive
summaries to the legislative branch.
Continuing the Commission on Educational Accountability. Report.
Increasing the membership of the Joint Subcommittee Studying the Operations,
Practices, Duties, and Funding of the Commonwealth's Agencies, Boards,
Commissions, Councils and Other Governmental Entities.
Encouraging the General Assembly to sacrifice and exercise personal fiscal
restraint during the Commonwealth's period of fiscal exigency.
Encouraging the citizens of the Commonwealth to volunteer through participation
in meaningful community activities and through local and community service
Designating National Marrow Awareness Month in Virginia.

Amending Senate Joint Resolution No. 38 of the 2001 Special Session of the
General Assembly of Virginia, House Joint Resolution No. 125 of the 2000
Regular Session of the General Assembly, and House Joint Resolution No. 684 of
the 2001 Regular Session of the General Assembly, relating to reporting dates.
Designating the second week of October as Mental Illness Awareness Week in
Continuing the Joint Subcommittee to Study and Revise Virginia's State Tax
Encouraging the Secretary of the State Board of Elections to lead Virginia's
efforts to meet and, if practicable, to exceed the requirements of the Help
America Vote Act and to do everything necessary and possible to obtain funds
available through and as a result of the Act so as to improve the voter
registration and election process.
Continuing the Joint Subcommittee Studying Lead Poisoning Prevention. Report.
Designating April 9, 2002, as the Bataan Day of Valor and supporting
legislation to assist Filipino veterans of World War II.
Supporting the establishment of the Lorton Workhouse Arts Center at the former
D.C. Prison Facility on Route 123 in Lorton, Virginia.
