Allows the court, in its discretion, to suspend the minimum, mandatory term of imprisonment where a felon possessed a firearm, but the person was engaging in lawful hunting and the firearm in his possession was a hunting gun. "Hunting gun" is defined to include only a shotgun or standard design hunting rifle, not a handgun or any assault-style weapon.
