Thermal Imaging Camera Advisory Board and Fund. Establishes the Thermal Imaging Camera Fund administered by the Department of Fire Programs to assist local fire departments, other fire services organizations and local governments to purchase thermal imaging cameras. The provisions of the bill will only become effective if an appropriation of General Funds effectuating the purposes of the bill is included in the 2001 Appropriations Act.
