S.B. 1061 A BILL to amend and reenact 15.2-4904 and 36-11 of the Code of Virginia, and to amend and reenact 3, as amended, of Chapter 133 of the Acts of Assembly of 1966, 2, as amended, of Chapter 271 of the Acts of Assembly of 1966, and 5, as amended, of Chapter 397 of the Acts of Assembly of 1987, relating to term limits for certain authorities in the City of Chesapeake.
