H.B. 118 A BILL to amend Chapter 259 of the Acts of Assembly of 1962, which provided a charter for the City of Petersburg, by adding a chapter numbered 2.1, consisting of sections numbered 2.1-1 and 2.1-2, and a section numbered 4-10 relating to the school board and the homesteading program.
