    DISCRIMINATION

    Employment discrimination; prohibits discharge of employee on basis of pregnancy or childbirth. Adding § 40.1-27.2. (Patron-Darner, HB 1127)

    Hate crimes; adds sexual orientation and gender to categories of victims whose selection for such crimes involves assault or trespass. Amending §§ 8.01-42.1, 18.2-57, 18.2-121 and 52-8.5. (Patron-Almand, HB 234)
