School for Deaf, Blind, and Multi-Disabled; State’s Board of Education and its Director of Department of General Services shall hold in abeyance conveyance thereof. (Patron-Ward, HB 2656 (Chapter 493))
Special education; 180 days to appeal due process hearing decisions. Amending  22.1-214. (Patron-Griffith, HB 2304 (Chapter 468))
Special license plates for disabled veterans; amends definition, allow any veteran receiving disabled parking license plates to receive. Amending  46.2-100. (Patron-Ingram, HB 2556 (F))
State parks; establishes a Disabled Veteran’s Passport for disabled persons for free entry and discounted services. Adding 10.1-202.2. (Patron-Puckett, SB 1198 (Chapter 560))
Students with Disabilities Tuition Assistance Grant Program; created. Adding  22.1-335.1 through 22.1-335.8. (Patron-Janis, HB 2104 (F))
Transportation-disadvantaged persons; requires State to develop plans and programs to assist. Adding  33.1-223.2:21. (Patron-McClellan, HB 2600 (F))
