Municipal solid waste; regulation thereof. Amending  10.1-1408.1; repealing  10.1-1408.3 and 10.1-1454.3. (Patron-Landes, HB 1689 (Chapter 23))
Onsite sewage disposal system; permit for installing in certain counties. Amending  15.2-2157.1. (Patron-Lohr, HB 2791 (Chapter 880); Hanger, SB 1215 (Chapter 920))
Public officials and private volunteers; provides civil immunity from lawsuit by probationers who are assigned recycling duties. Amending  8.01-226.8. (Patron-Kilgore, HB 1787 (Chapter 182))
