Disabled persons; authorizes Department of Forestry, et al., to adopt regulations that allow increased access to hunting, etc. Adding  10.1-1153.1 and 29.1-508.2. (Patron-Ruff, SB 1076 (F))
Dog collar; person guilty of misdemeanor if takes an electronic or radio transmitting collar from dog without permission of owner. Adding  18.2-97.1. (Patron-Scott, E.T., HB 2365 (Chapter 484); Stolle, SB 1180 (Chapter 721))
Firearms; regulation by counties for hunting. Amending 15.2-1209.1. (Patron-Carrico, HB 2547 (Chapter 203))

Hunting and fishing license, lifetime; allows resident disabled veterans to purchase. Amending  29.1-302. (Patron-Barlow, HB 3169 (F))
